Recently Flintstone was asked by a client if we could modify our large horizontal test bed to carry out fatigue testing of long term mooring chain. The purpose of the testing was to provide class with evidence of the residual capacity of mooring chain for life extension of he existing mooring system.

The system is now up and running and testing will run for several weeks.
